Start small. Fixed price. In your own accounts.
No packages and no lock-in. A free conversation, then the Owner Audit, which always ends with something working. You only build more if it’s paying for itself.
The first conversation costs nothing.
Tell us what you’ve built, what’s working, and what still needs you every day. Bring the goals you’d most like to reach.
It commits you to nothing. By the end you’ll know where AI can genuinely help, and where it can’t. You’ll hear both.
Three parts. One tool working. Guaranteed.
House Rules
We sit with you and write down the rules you carry in your head: how you price, how you judge a job, what you check each morning, the standards you hold the team to. In your words, so you can read them back and say "yes, that’s how we do it".
What we need from youTwo or three honest hours.
Your hours
Task by task, the hours only you can cover today. You confirm the numbers. They’re the baseline for everything after, and for the guarantee.
What we need from youA week of noting what you do.
What you already pay for
The AI already inside your software, switched on and set up properly, and the gaps between your systems that nothing joins up.
What we need from youAccess to your accounts, read-only to start.
One small tool already working in your own accounts, and a costed plan: what to build next, and the hours each piece should hand back.
If the audit doesn’t find at least five hours a week of your own time that a tool or a person could take on, you pay nothing. We measure it together, task by task, and you confirm the numbers.
Most of the AI you need, you already pay for.
Tick the software you use. See what’s probably inside it already, and the gaps nothing joins up. Those gaps are what we build.

Only features each company describes publicly. Checked October 2026, and reviewed every quarter. Some depend on your plan or version.
Fixed, stated, and agreed before we start.
No open-ended fees. Every build has a written scope and a fixed price before any work begins.
